If your insurance is not listed above, please feel free to call our office to confirm coverage prior to your appointment. Payments will be due on the day of service, and you may submit your claim manually to your insurance company. However, we do not guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.

Payments are due on the date you come to visit your dermatologist, and the patient is always responsible for any charges incurred that are rejected or not covered by his/her insurance plan.
It is imperative for you to know the details of your insurance plan prior to your dermatologist visit, including any applicable deductibles (general, procedural, surgical or on medications). Knowing the details of your plan is your responsibility.
